On behalf of Ardent Pest Control and Eco Pest Control, welcome to the Eco Pest family. We look forward to getting to know you.

We are pleased to announce the partnership between Ardent Pest Control and Eco Pest Control. Ardent has seen significant growth over the last few years and to help provide the best possible service to Ardent’s valued customers, they’ve partnered with Eco Pest Control, a local, family-owned company that specializes in customer service.

Eco Pest’s mission is to create peace of mind for our customers. We aim to achieve our mission statement by putting you – the customer – first, which is at the heart of our core values. You can expect to receive the same great service you’ve been receiving from Ardent and more. Services we provide include pest control services, termite protection services, mosquito services, crawlspace and moisture services, and more.

And, oh yes, if you are not fully satisfied with your pest control service, we’ll come back for free.

What does this mean to me?

There will be no change or interruption to your service, and your guarantees and agreements will remain intact.

Who will be providing my service, Eco Pest Control or Ardent Pest Control?

Eco Pest Control will be providing your services. However, all Ardent Richmond-based team members will be joining the Eco Pest team, so you should see the same technician in the same vehicle. For some period of time, though, their vehicle and uniform might still carry the Ardent logo.

What’s different about Eco Pest Control compared to Ardent Pest Control?

The differences between Eco Pest Control and Ardent are subtle. Even though our companies have some differences, both are privately-owned and have always believed in total customer satisfaction, environmental responsibility, and being the best service companies in our industry.

I was given an estimate for service by Ardent Pest Control. Is that estimate still good?

The estimate that was provided to you is valid until the expiration date noted on the proposal or 30 days from the date of the proposal. If that date has passed, then we would like to schedule a time to have an Eco Pest Control inspector meet with you to review the proposal and provide you with updated options.

Where do I pay my Ardent bill now?

If paying by credit card, then nothing changes; continue to pay your bill as you always have. If paying by check, make your check out to Eco Pest Control and mail it to P.O. Box 3862, Glen Allen, VA 23058. Once your account is transferred, you will automatically receive invoices and statements with the Eco Pest Control remittance information.

What happens if I paid for my Ardent Pest Control service in advance?

Nothing changes. Your service will continue to be provided uninterrupted and your agreement will remain intact. Upon the anniversary date of your agreement, you will be given the option to pay for your service in advance again and receive a 5% discount.
